A series of the standard commentaries of De Gruyter Rechtswissenschaften appears in a new and updated edition: Staub, HGB (German Commercial Code) and Bruck/Möller, VVG (Commentary of the Insurance Contract). Busse, Patentgesetz (Patent Law), Lang/Weidmüller, Genossenschaftsgesetz (Cooperative Societies Act), and Kirchner, Abkürzungsverzeichnis der Rechtssprache (List of Legal Abbreviations) are further new editions. We would like to especially draw your attention to a new publication in the field of educational literature, Ehlers/Schoch (eds.), Rechtsschutz im Öffentlichen Recht (Legal Protection under Public Law), and to the reference work Schwarze, Recht der Leistungsstörungen (Law of Irregularity in Performance).

Schriften zum chinesischen Recht (Publications on Chinese Law), a new series in our program this year, have been met with active interest.

Both of our new journals, European Review of Contract Law and European Company and Financial Law Review, have successfully established themselves over the past few years.

This list also introduces the new volumes of the Staudinger from the publishing house of Sellier / de Gruyter. Special attention is to be drawn to the new edition of the Eckpfeiler des Zivilrechts (Cornerstones of Civil Law).
