The Staudinger has successfully established an online presence like hardly any other commentary on the German Civil Code (BGB). The subscription is available on both leading legal research databases, i.e. beck-online and juris.

Register without obligation and at no cost at www.staudinger-bgb.de under www.law-net.eu or one of our database sales partners and use the database as your "global Staudinger index" for search inquiries and for lists of results at no charge. If you want to work online with the complete commentary, you can make use of the database from this website on a daily or weekly basis at a price of € 19 or € 49.
For law firms employing 1 to 3 professionals, a yearly subscription of the Staudinger-Online costs € 1.999,–. The online activation for law firms is not available at www.law-net.eu, but rather through the publisher or your specialized bookstore. Law firms with a higher number of users and subscribers to the printed version should contact their specialized bookstore directly or kundenservice@degruyter.com for price estimates.
