Aims & Scope

Since 2004, Walter de Gruyter publishes the "Deuterocanonical and Cognate Literature · Yearbook" (DCLY) in cooperation with the newly founded "International Society for the Study of Deuterocanonical and Cognate Literature". The Society is devoted to the study of the books of the Greek Bible (Septuagint), not contained in the Hebrew Bible, and to later Jewish literature, comprising approximately the time between the 3rd century B.C.E. and the 1st century C.E. The yearbooks will contain the papers of the international conferences held by the Society. A membership price is offered for orders through the society.
