Orders
Our journals are available by annual subscription or as single issues of the current volume.

In the case of a change of address, please also provide the old address and the title of the journal in question. Cancellation of orders must reach the publisher six weeks before completion of an annual volume.
When changing the number of subscriptions, please remember to specify the new quantity required on your continuation order.
Unless otherwise stated all subscriptions will be continued until further notice.
Claims
When making inquiries concerning subscriptions please quote the customer number, order number, invoice number and date. We also require the title of the journal, the reference number of your subscription, as well as the number of the missing issue(s) or volume(s) and details of the number of issues required on the continuation order.
Also, when making inquiries concerning journals supplied directly, please quote the complete full customer address.
Claims for missing issues or volumes can only be accepted within three months of publication.
Postal Charges
In our journals catalog you will find detailed information concerning postal charges.
Our catalog can either be downloaded as a pdf-file or as an Excel spreadsheet or can be ordered directly from customerservice@degruyter.com. Domestic and foreign postal charges are quoted separately and cover the cost of one annual subscription. When booksellers request direct delivery to customers we charge a further 3% of the sales price in addition to the relevant postage. Charges for postage and handling cover the cost of delivery from the publishers. If airmail delivery is required, please state this on your order.

Most of our journals are available in electronic form as well. More information can be obtained from

Access to a title for more than one institution or site requires an individual agreement. Please send requests to (e-journals@degruyter.com).
