Aims and Scope

GPR is the first practice-oriented journal on European private law.

It is obvious that European Community private law is of great practical relevance: The applicability of its statutes and the issue of compatibility of the Member States' laws with EC law has become of increasing importance for legal professionals as well as for academics, and also the jurisprudence has to deal with the relevant questions of EC civil law.

The GPR journal presents the basics of the EC private law in full length, and the current hot topics are discussed concisely in the large service part.
