A series of 1,2,4-triazolo[3′,4′:6,1]pyridazino[4,3-e][1,3,4]thiadiazines have been synthesized by intermolecular cycli­zation of a hydrazide derivative with various triethyl ortho­esters. The antibacterial activity of various derivatives of this new heterocyclic system was evaluated.
