Der Unternehmensbereich Enterprise & Consumer der Alcatel SEL AG hat sich zu einer effizienten, ergebnisorientierten Geschäftseinheit entwickelt. Die dafür erforderlichen Veränderungen wurden in relativ kurzer Zeit erreicht. Papierlose Kernprozeßabläufe, Durchlaufzeitenmessungen und Online-Reports sind ein Teil davon.
