ABSTRACT

The current Web service standard does not provide mechanisms for service offering and dynamic service selection based on QoS properties. A lot of research work related to this topic has been carried out recently both in the industrial and academic world. This article gives an overview of some recent efforts towards the specification and management of QoS-aware Web services.
