Zusammenfassung

DIN SPEC 1041 beschreibt ein Phasenmodell für das „Outsourcing technologieorientierter wissensintensiver Dienstleistungen“. Das Modell deckt viele Aspekte von IT-Outsourcing- Verfahren ab. Für Rechenzentren von Hochschulen erscheint von das Dokument gerade angesichts zahlreicher Cloud-Angebote von hoher praktischer Relevanz.
