Instructions for Authors

The Editor invites contributions on policies relating to the use of the maritime. These may be full-length articles or shorter notes. Rejoinders critically examining articles published in the journal are encouraged.
 
Articles are normally between 4000 and 6000 words long, but longer articles will be accepted if the topic demands this length of treatment. Manuscripts will be returned to the author if they are not submitted in accordance with Marine Policy style. Authors are also invited to submit material which might not be appropriate for full length articles but which allows the expression of opinion or contains ideas worthy of publication. (1500 - 2500 words)
