For the journal, original papers dealing with all aspects of general zoology (taxonomy, systematics, evolutionism, faunistics, zoogeography, palaeozoology, animal ecology, invasive species of animals, parasitism, biodiversity conservation) are accepted, as well as reviews, anniversaries and obituaries of some personalities of science world.
