Nietzsches Befreiung der Philosophie
Kontextuelle Interpretation des V. Buchs der "Fröhlichen Wissenschaft"
[Nietzsche’s Liberation of Philosophy]
Aims and Scope
Book V of The Gay Science is Nietzsche’s most mature work of aphorisms. It deals with the cheerfulness of the interim period during which the liberation of the spirit from old prejudices is achieved, until those who still require firm connections for their orientation are caught up by nihilism. In this volume, the aphorisms are examined regarding their contexts and literary form. As a result new depths in Nietzsche’s philosophy become visible.
