Aims and Scope
These days, almost every lawyer specializing in family law has to deal with international maintenance law. The 2012 revised edition updates the legal situation. It also offers a full commentary on the EU Maintenance Regulation, which came into force in Germany on 06/18/2011, and supplementary German legislation on this subject (Foreign Maintenance Act).
