Aims and Scope
For the new edition of 2006, the complete commentary of law of tenancy has been fully revised; it has now been updated to the fall of 2006. The decisions by the supreme court particularly by the Federal Supreme Court of Justice (Bundesgerichtshof) are as comprehensively evaluated as the complete literature; special emphasis has been placed on the precise analysis of tendencies in the development of decisions by the supreme court, in order to provide the reader with a current picture of the law of tenancy, which is as reliable as it is complete. The presentation is both concise and clear, which allows the reader immediate access to the most important passages of the commentary along with the index which precedes all of the more extensive commentaries.
