Aims and Scope
The 2002 edition was oriented in particular to decisions from the Federal High Court (Bundesgerichtshof) on official and state liability law and itself provided important impulses to the latest judicial decisions. The present revised edition continues consistently on this tried and tested path. The commentary on §839a on the liability of the court expert witness was completely revised and substantially extended and deepened.
