Our application procedures
As a scholarly publisher we are constantly looking for new opportunities. These don’t just materialize, but are created on the basis of our enthusiasm to learn from each other and from the experts that publish with us because we never stop developing our networks. Because we pursue good ideas consistently, your experience can be an asset, so come and join us. Our application procedure is as follows:
DO YOU WANT NEW PERSPECTIVES?
Everything begins with your logging in to our application management tool. From there, you can apply to all vacancies, or – if there is no specific vacancy – to introduce yourself to us. We’re looking forward to meeting you!
While you receive the confirmation that we have your application, we get to work. We will give your application careful consideration and review all options that we as the HR team at De Gruyter see with our colleagues in the relevant departments.
As soon as we have relevant information, we will contact you. If you are on the shortlist, we would like to get to know you a bit better. Depending on the distance from your home to us, we plan a first interview either in person or by online video.
After our meeting, we decide whether you are the right person for the vacancy and contact you personally – not only for your decision, but also for feedback.
