In its almost one hundred years of tradition the program of Deutscher Kunstverlag (DKV) covers a broad range of art, architecture, photography and design.
Being in a dialogue with scientists, museums, and foundations we develop innovative concepts that ensure quality of both content and design. In addition to renowned journals, yearbooks, and standard works, the publishing portfolio is enriched with exhibition catalogs, museum and art guides.
The backlist of DKV comprises about 800 available titles in German and English and is annually increasing by approx. 80 new releases. With the DKV brand, De Gruyter is profiling its existing program, investing in the continuous digitization of content and expanding its relations with international institutions.
