Information Retrieval and Knowledge Management
CAMP’18: 2018 Fourth International Conference on Information Retrieval and Knowledge Management, held at the Le Meridien Hotel, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, MALAYSIA from 26 – 28 March 2018 is organized by the Malaysian Society of Information Retrieval and Knowledge Management (PECAMP), together with Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Universiti Pertahanan Nasional Malaysia (UPNM), International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM), Universiti Malaysia Sarawak (UNIMAS), Universiti Malaysia Sabah (UMS) and Asia Pacific University (APU). As one of the leading Information Retrieval research body in Malaysia, PECAMP actively organises seminars, workshops and academic activities.
This premier international conference comprising three days of full paper presentations of new research findings and tutorials, welcomes contributions in the field of information retrieval, knowledge management and related areas. CAMP’18 is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Malaysia Section Chapter.
CAMP’05 was the first national on information retrieval and knowledge management held in 2005 and the second, CAMP’08 in 2008. The first international conference on Information Retrieval and Knowledge Management, technically supported by IEEE, was held in 2010 and thereafter held once every two years. In 2014, PECAMP won the bid to host the prestigious Asia Information Retrieval Societies Conference, AIRS 2014, the Tenth Asia Information Retrieval Societies Conference 2014.
HOW TO SUBMIT
Before submission authors should carefully read the Instructions for Authors, which are located here. All submissions to the Special Issue must be made electronically at via online submission system Editorial Manager.
All manuscripts will go through the Open Computer Science high standards, quick, fair and comprehensive peer-review procedure.. When entering your submission via online submission system please choose the type article Special Issue – on Information Retrieval and Knowledge Management.
The deadline for the submissions is 30 April 2018, but individual papers will be reviewed and published online as they arrive.
