Special Issue “GCEC2017”

DESCRIPTION

A special issue of the Open Geosciences entitled “GCEC2017” will be prepared for publication on the best contributions to the Global Civil Engineering Conference (GCEC 2017) which will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 25–28 July 2017. The deadline for submission will be on August 31, 2017. This special issue is particularly dedicated to publish a set of high quality papers dealing with the up-to-date applications of state-of-the-art techniques and tools in various disciplines of geosciences. The scope of the special issue spans the following areas: Climate Change, Remote Sensing, Geospatial Engineering, Water Resources and Geotechnical applications.

Major themes covered in the issue will include:

  • Hydrology and Hydraulic Engineering
  • Groundwater Contamination
  • Geospatial Engineering

All submissions to the Special Issue must be made electronically at http://www.editorialmanager.com/opengeo/default.aspx and will undergo the standard peer-review system. When entering your submission choose “GCEC2017” as an article type.
