DESCRIPTION

International Conference On Emerging Trends in Engineering, Science and Technology (ICRISET 2018) 14th Dec – 15th Dec 2018

The high-intake of resources, wastage of resources, food hazards during manufacturing and handling keeps our food system under the constant scrutiny of authorities, stakeholders and society. All the actors within the food supply chain continuously strive to reduce the negative impacts on their economies, environment and other societal challenges.
