Aim and objective

The main aim of this Special Issue of Electrospinning is to present the current state of research related to the electrospinning technology applied in the Food and Packaging Applications field, covering the engineering and processing approaches, materials, and applications. Emerging and future research directions are welcome.

We are pleased to invite you to submit manuscripts for the Special Issue on “Electrospinning in Food and Packaging Applications” in the form of full research papers, communications, and review articles. We look forward to receiving your contribution for this Special Issue.
