Digital technologies today are ruthlessly imposing their logic on everyone and everything. Increasingly, they are no longer confined to the screen, and as such, they are currently challenging architecture as the universal cultural practice through which the cultural logic of an age experiences its translation into everyday life. In the renaissance, it was neoplatonism, in the Baroque, the counter-reformation, and in modernity, the rationality of mechanization. Today on the other hand, it is the logic of digital technologies that seeks to be accepted into the material content of architecture. Where there is no alternative to this, it is necessary to carry out a critical reflection of the foundations of architecture today.
