Der effiziente Umgang mit Information in Forschung, Lehre und Verwaltung wird zu einem immer wichtigeren Faktor im globalen Wettbewerb der Hochschulen. Die digitale Hochschule muss eine kundenfreundliche, nahtlose Informationsinfrastruktur für Studierende, Mitarbeiter und Partner in Forschung und Lehre sowie die Öffentlichkeit liefern. Das Beispiel des Projektes IntegraTUM der Technischen Universität München zeigt auf, welche technische und organisatorische Infrastruktur geschaffen werden muss, und wie die beteiligten Serviceeinrichtungen ihre Dienstleistungen in diese Infrastruktur einbringen.
The efficient use of information in research, teaching and administration gets more and more important in the global competition of universities. The digital university must deliver a user-friendly, seamless infrastructure for students, staff and partners in research and teaching and for the public. The project IntegraTUM at Technische Universität München is an example for the development of a technical and organizational infrastructure needed by universities. It also shows how the different institutions of the university can contribute their services to this infrastructure.
Le maniement efficace des informations devient un facteur de plus en plus important dans la recherche, l'enseignement et l'administration dans le concours globalisé des institutions d'enseignement supérieur. Celles-ci, digitalisées, doivent mettre à la disposition des étudiants, des collaborateurs et partenaires dans la recherche et l'enseignement et le public une structure de l'information homogène. L'exemple du projet IntegraTUM de l'Université technique de Munich démontre les infrastructures techniques et organisatrices à créer et comment les organismes de service concernés doivent apporter leurs services dans cette infrastructure.
