Abstract
Präventionsmedizin darf sich nicht nur auf regelmäßige Vorsorgeuntersuchungen beschränken. Gerade bei Patienten mit erkanntem erhöhtem Risikopotenzial ist ein mobiles Telemonitoring empfehlenswert, dass kontinuierlich bestimmte Vitalparameter erfasst, mit Hilfe einer lokalen Intelligenz (smart sensor) negative Veränderungen oder gar akute Gefahren erkennt und entsprechende Alarmierungen des Präventionszentrums veranlasst. Dieser Beitrag stellt erste als Produkt verfügbare Lösungsansätze vor, analysiert Schwachpunkte und skizziert ein Szenario für zukünftige telemedizinische Systeme für präventionsmedizinische Zwecke. Ein Schwerpunkt dabei ist die Entwicklung mobiler Basisstationen (Hubs), über die die Kommunikation mit den Sensoren erfolgt und die zugleich auch eine Ortung des Patienten erlauben.
Prevention medicine should not be limited to regular preventive diagnosis in a prevention center. Expecially for patients with a known increased risk a mobile telemonitoring would be benefitial. This telemonitoring continuously measures certain vital parameters, detects negative changes or even acute risks with an inbuilt intelligence (smart sensor) and sends alarm messages to the prevention center. This paper presents firsts products already available on the market, analyses weaknesses and draws a scenario of a future telemedical system for preventive purposes. One focus is the development of mobile hubs, that provide the communication with the mobile sensors and that at the same time allow a tracking or positioning of the patient.
