Craig Goodman is an Assistant Professor of Political Science in the School of Arts & Sciences at the University of Houston-Victoria. His work has appeared in Political Research Quarterly, Legislative Studies Quarterly, Congress and the Presidency. He is currently working on a project exploring the development of the appropriations process in Congress.
