Zusammenfassung
Im Jahre 1977 bildete sich in den USA eine Gruppe von kritischen Rechtslehrern, die in der folgenden Zeit auch Zulauf von Rechtspraktikern erhielt. Der theoretische Ansatz dieser Conference on Critical Legal Studies wird in Form einer Sammelrezension der wichtigsten Publikationen vorgestellt und kritisiert. Hinter allem theoretischen Eklektizismus läßt sich als gemeinsames Thema das Problem der relativen Selbständigkeit des Rechts ausmachen. – Ein Vertreter der CCLS repliziert.
Summary
In 1977 a new group of critical legal scholars formed in the US. It soon also recruited a sizable amount of legal practitioners. The theoretical approach peculiar to this new ,Conference on Critical Legal Studies' is depicted and criticized by means of a joint review of a number of its prominent publications. As a backdrop to the theoretical eclecticism that emerges, a common theme can be spotted - the problem of the relative autonomy of law as a social force. – A representative of the CCLS comments on the critique.
