Zusammenfassung
Der Aufsatz befaßt sich mit den ökonomischen Rahmenbedingungen und der Funktion von Frauenerwerbsarbeit in der historischen Entwicklung. Bestätigt wird die Hypothese der Disponibilität und der schrittweisen Verdrängung der Frauen aus qualifizierter Berufsarbeit, sobald sie in Konkurrenz zu männlicher Arbeit gerieten. Recht und ordnungspolitische Regelungen spiegeln nicht nur den Ausgrenzungsprozeß der Frauen wider. Sie wirkten vielmehr als Instrument zugunsten des Mannes und beschleunigten die Ausgliederung der Frauen.
Summary
The essay is concerned with the economic conditions and the role of women employment in the historical development. The hypothesis of disponibility of women and their replacement out of qualified professions which is going on step by step is affirmed as soon as they get in competition to men. Law and legal orders comperative to law reflect not only the process of replacement of women. As a matter of fact they even worked in the way of helping men and they accelerated the process of replacement of women.
