Zusammenfassung
Die theoriegeschichtliche Herkunft des Anomiebegriffs wird dargestellt. Durkheim entwickelt eine Theorie dazu und verändert sie. Die neuere Anomietheorie von Merton knüpft bloß formell an ihn an. Alle diese Versuche teilen eine antihumanistische Tendenz, die kritisiert wird. Nur im Hinblick auf die Menschenrechte macht das Anomiekonzept noch guten Sinn.
Summary
The article describes the theoretical origins of the concept of anomy. Durkheim evolves a sociological theory of anomy, which he modifies later. Merton’s approaches are associated with Durkheim only in a formal way. All these attempts share a certain anti-humanism which is criticized. The argument is that solely with reference to human rights the concept of anomy will retain its right sense.
