Zusammenfassung
Im zweiten Teil befasse ich mich mit dem Eingabenwesen, der Vorbereitung eines verwaltungsgerichtlichen Rechtsschutzes und der Steuerung der Rechtswissenschaft in der DDR. Den Abschluß bildet eine Darstellung der Diskussion über den Rechtsstaat in der DDR und die Rechtsstaatlichkeit der DDR. Daraus werden Konsequenzen für die künftige rechtssoziologische Forschung gezogen.
Summary
The second part deals with grievance petitions („Eingaben“), preparations for the re-establishment of administrative courts and the control over legal teaching and research in the GOR. In conclusion an account is given of the discussion in the GOR about the rule of law and the GDR’s character as a state governed by the rule of law. This leads to some general reflections on the problem of studying principles of the rule of law in future socio-legal research.
