Appearing now in its 68th year of publication, the ZMR is regarded as a leading, renowned journal providing comprehensive and objective reporting on rental and lease law topics. It conveys an understanding of the entire judicature pertaining to rent and lease and gives information on rental rates provisions, residential property law, housing subsidy regulations, land development regulations and on the relevant civil and administrative procedural laws. All major decisions handed down by the Federal Supreme Court, the Federal Administrative Courts, other highest Federal Courts, General Jurisdiction Courts and Administrative Courts from each of the individual states are displayed in original format.
