The 10th Polish Conference on Analytical Chemistry, that will be held in Lublin, Poland on 1-5 July 2018, is an established event dedicated to the presentation of the theoretical and practical advances of the Polish scientific community in the field of chemical separation processes. It gathers researchers from all Polish scientific centres dealing with analytical chemistry as well as guests from abroad units. Its organizers are  - the Committee of Analytical Chemistry of the Polish Academy of Sciences (PAN) and the Faculty of Pharmacy, Medical University of Lublin, in cooperation with the local academic community of Lublin.

The contributions presenting at the Conference (lectures, communications and poster presentations) will enjoy the opportunity of having their work published in the Open Chemistry special issue dedicated solely to POKOCHA 2018. Submitted papers should present original research material, and will be all treated in the same way as regular articles e.g. in terms of peer review or indexing. Accordingly, all manuscripts must therefore conform to the guidelines for authors and other editorial policies of the Open Chemistry.

Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Basic analytical problems in separation and spectral techniques
  • Forensic and toxicological analysis
  • Environmental analytics. Radioanalytical chemistry
  • Food analytics
  • Pharmaceutical and natural products analysis
  • Miniaturization in chemical analysis. Trace analysis
  • Metrology and chemometry
  • Automation and robotization of analytical methods
  • Biochemical and clinical analysis
