In 2018, we entered into an agreement with the University of California Press to distribute 2,500 of its ebook titles worldwide via degruyter.com. We are also in the process of digitizing its archive of around 2,500 titles.

About the University of California Press


The press was founded in 1893 to publish monographs written by members of the University of California. In the early 1950s, the UC Press grew to become an internationally renowned publisher and is now one of the six largest university presses in the US – and the only one to be affiliated with a public institution.
