Open Access Books
De Gruyter publishes open access books across a total of 30 subject areas in science, technology, engineering and medicine (STEM), and humanities and social sciences (HSS). Today, we are proud to offer more than 2,000 book titles to read, download and share at De Gruyter’s Open Access Book Library.
Book Processing Charges
De Gruyter offers authors and institutions comprehensive and quality services for open access books. De Gruyter applies a minimum open access fee of €7,000 (plus VAT) for any monograph and collected volume published.
The minimum fee of €7,000 includes, among others, funder compliancy, the organisation of quality assurance processes, Creative Commons licensing, DOI registration for books and chapters as well as long-time archiving of your publication.
