About RWS Verlag
RWS Verlag specializes in insolvency law, corporate law, and banking and capital market law. Its core book programme consists of a large number of reference works, with a particular focus on insolvency law. Its journal list includes the Zeitschrift für Wirtschaftsrecht (Journal of Commercial Law), the Zeitschrift für Bankrecht und Bankwirtschaft (Journal of Banking Law and the Banking Industry) and the Zeitschrift for Wettbewerbsrecht (Journal of Competition Law).
