A chemical engineer and a programmer by training, I spent most of my career in publishing, both in editorial and in sales with Wiley, Springer and the past 13 years with de Gruyter, building an international Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) portfolio. Interested in publishing beautiful content in the area of the physical sciences.
Skills: Strategy planning, publishing program development, project management, organization and optimization, commissioning. My portfolio ranges from publishing content in books, major reference works, e-products and databases.

Damiano Sacco received a PhD in theoretical physics from King’s College London in 2017 with a thesis focusing on different mathematical and physical aspects of string theory. He later held a post-doctoral fellowship at the interface between philosophy and physics at the Institute for Cultural Inquiry (ICI) Berlin, and he was a guest lecturer at Bard College Berlin.
