We prove a Morita reduction theorem for the cyclotomic Hecke algebras ℋr, p, n(q, Q) of type G(r, p, n) with p > 1 and n ≧ 3. As a consequence, we show that computing the decomposition numbers of ℋr, p, n(Q) reduces to computing the p′-splittable decomposition numbers (see Definition 1.1) of the cyclotomic Hecke algebras ℋr′, p′, n′(Q′), where 1 ≦ r′ ≦ r, 1 ≦ n′ ≦ n, p′ | p and where the parameters Q′ are contained in a single (ɛ′, q)-orbit and ɛ′ is a primitive p′th root of unity.
This paper reviews important second language research on recasts in response to a recent
debate between Goo and Mackey (2013) and Lyster and Ranta (2013) in the journal Studies in
Second Language Acquisition. It begins by clarifying the definition of recasts and then examines
several controversial issues featuring prominently in the debate, including the theoretical
underpinnings of existing research on recasts, mixed findings about their effectiveness in
language acquisition, and methodological concerns in effectiveness research. The primary
aim of this paper is to demarcate common ground and disagreement that are emerging in
this debate and, based on a synthesis and critique of previous empirical studies, to identify

In this paper, the preparation and the test of the
endothermic properties of modified expanded graphitebased
CaxZny(OH)2(x+y) composite materials are reported,
which is promised to be used for heat storage. Coprecipitation
method is employed to prepare the modified
expanded graphite-based CaxZny(OH)2(x+y) composite materials
for heat storage. Ca(OH)2 is dissolved in water first,
and a certain amount of ZnO is added into the Ca(OH)2 solution
to get a milky suspension; thereafter the modified
expanded graphite is immersed into the milky suspension
to prepare the composite materials by way of physical adsorption.
Furthermore, differential scanning calorimetric
analyzer is used to analyze the endothermic properties of
the material. The results show that the endothermic enthalpy
of the composite material is about 1000 J/g with
lower decomposition temperature.
To independently control the depth and trim of the submarine, a fuzzy control method on stern-rudder is proposed, and the advantage of a single stern-rudder in low noise control is elaborated. Taking into account the character of the single stern-rudder, a fuzzy controller is designed. The simulation results have shown that the algorithm has very good control precision, which decreases the rudder and radiated noise greatly.
