    The Scientific Bulletin of Valahia University - Materials and Mechanics is edited under aegis of Romanian Scientists Association, Târgoviste branch, as yearly journal from 2003 with ISSN 1844-1076.

    The journal obtained the Certificate of Appreciation and Silver Medal in 2015 and 2016 at EUROINVENT scientific event.

    This journal BULLETIN SCIENTIFIC of VALAHIA UNIVERSITY - MATERIALS and MECHANICS is a biannual worldwide and is recognized by inclusion in the index for scientific publications in the following databases: SCIPIO, DOAJ, INDEXCOPERNICUS, CNCSIS.The articles are in the field: metallic, biomaterials, characterization and evaluation of materials, mechanical engineering, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, modeling and simulation processes. Articles assessment is performed by specialists for each field. This journal provides dissemination of your articles in other countries and ensure their publications citing other researchers. Ensure the concerns of scientific knowledge in the world of Romanian and foreign researchers. Open new collaborations between Romanian and foreign researchers.

    The SBMM publish original papers devoted to Materials Engineering and Mechanics Engineering topics, as follows:

    -metallic and nonmetallic materials, biomaterials, nanostructural materials, ceramic and refractory materials, composite materials;

    -equipments for chemical and petrochemical industry, industrial robots, micro and nano robots, design technology CAD,CAM,CAE, medical equipment.
