Die Veränderung vom reinen Konsumenten-Web der ersten Generation zum „Mitmach”-Web der zweiten Generation bringt neue Dienste hervor mit Möglichkeiten, aber auch Risiken. Verschiedene Dienste werden vorgestellt und ein Modell zur Erklärung des aktiven Nutzerverhaltens im Web 2.0 wird skizziert.

As the web changes from the purely consumption-oriented first generation offering to its participation-focused second generation, new services are launched, providing new possibilities, but also new risks. Different services are presented, and a model is outlined to explain the active user behavior in Web 2.0.
