    Overview

"Law and Administration in Postsoviet Europe" is a series of monographs on law and public administration in Europe since 1989. Post-communist countries had to enter the rough path to rebuild the foundations of political, social, economic, cultural, etc. fields of life. Law seems to be one of the most significant, yet at the same time difficult, fields in which changes take place. The Journal's aim is to present analysis of legal changes and experiences of different Central and Eastern European countries since 1989.
