    Overview

    MUSEUM: Museum and Regional Studies is the oldest purely museological journal that currently exists in the Czech Republic. This peer-reviewed scholarly journal focuses on all the significant aspects of contemporary museum work and also publishes studies, articles, essays, other materials, reports and reviews from the areas of both theoretical and practical museology, museum exhibition design, museum education, preservation, restoration, taxidermy, museum presentation, museum management, together with other related aspects of contemporary cultural heritage issues. The Journal is published twice a year (printed and online version) in the Czech language with additional English and German abstracts.

    • Free access to all available back online issues since 2008.
    • The corresponding author receives two copies of printed actual issue of the journal and the pdf file of the published article.
