    Instructions for Authors

Serbian Dental Journal has been owned and published by Serbian Medical Society since 1953. It focuses on scientific and practical problem solving within dentistry by publishing articles of all areas of dentistry.

Serbian Dental Journal publishes: original articles, case reports, statements, articles related to dental and medical ethics (clinical ethics, ethics in publishing), reports from conferences and professional meetings, book reviews, comments and letters to the editor, or professional news and social chronicles.

All manuscripts are peer-reviewed and cannot be accepted for publishing if they are submitted or considered for publishing elsewhere.

Received manuscripts are forwarded to the reviewers for assessment. Each manuscript is sent simultaneously to two reviewers, top experts in different fields of dentistry. They evaluate the quality of work and recommend manuscripts for publishing (along with additional request for corrections from authors) or rejection.

Final decision for publishing is made by Editor-in-chief.

Authors accept full responsibility for the accuracy of the entire content of the manuscript.

Serbian Dental Journal is published quarterly (four times a year).

Articles are published in English and Serbian languages.
