Die 4. Konferenz „Electromagnetic Wave Interaction with Water and Moist Substances” wurde zum ersten Mal in Europa durchgeführt. In diesem Rückblick werden die Kurzfassungen der Beiträge und Poster in thematischer Reihenfolge vorgestellt. Die wissenschaftliche Konferenz war mit einer Industrieausstellung verbunden. 130 Teilnehmer aus 26 Ländern kamen aus unterschiedlichsten Fachgebieten. Bei den Untersuchungen dominieren Messungen im Mikrowellenbereich. Die Podiumsdiskussion gab wertvolle Anregungen für künftige Arbeiten. Es wurde eine „International Society of Electromagnetic Aquametry” gegründet.

Get Access to Full TextThe 4th Conference “Electromagnetic Wave Interaction with Water and Moist Substances” was held the first time in Europe. In this review the abstracts of oral presentations and posters were arranged according to subject. The scientific conference was accompanied by an industrial exhibition. 130 attendees from all over the world came from a large variety of special fields. Measurements in the microwave range dominated in most experiments. The panel discussion gave valuable stimulations to works of the future. An International Society of Electromagnetic Aquametry has been founded.
