Zusammenfassung

Die Mikro-Ramanspektroskopie ermöglicht die schnelle und zerstörungsfreie Identifikation und Charakterisierung von biologischen Proben wie Mikroorganismen und Zellen auf der Einzelzellebene. Im Folgenden stellen wir ein flexibles Raman-Messsystem auf der Basis eines inversen Forschungsmikroskops vor, das neben einer komfortablen manuellen Bedienung die schnelle Entwicklung von skriptgesteuerten automatisierten Abläufen erlaubt.

Abstract

Micro-Raman spectroscopy is a fast and non-destructive technique for the identification and characterization of biological samples such as microorganisms and cells on the single-cell level. We present a flexible Raman system based on an inverted research microscope, which offers comfortable manual operation as well as easily scriptable process sequences.
