    Objective
    Turkish Journal of Biochemistry (TJB), official journal of Turkish Biochemical Society, is issued electronically every 2 months. Please visit the Journal’s home page for complete, up-to-date information available here.

    The main aim of the journal is to support the research and publishing culture by ensuring that every published manuscript has an added value and thus providing international acceptance of the “readability” of the manuscripts published in the journal.

    Please note
    • Make sure the title is provided both in English and Turkish
    • The name(s) and addresses of the author(s) should not be provided in the text. These should be submitted in separate file including the affiliations and contributions of each researcher
    • The figures (tiff or jpeg) should be uploaded as separate files. Figures should have a minimum resolution of 600 dpi
    • “Conflict of Interest” form should be filled and submitted
    • In case of reproducing extracts such as tables, figures, graphics etc., permission must be acquired and sent to TJB editorial office along with the submission
    • The Copyright Transfer Form and recommendation of the Ethics Board (if required) should be sent by Fax (+90 312 447 0963) or by post to the Journal (Turkish Journal of Biochemistry / Turk Biyokimya Dergisi, Hirfanli Sokak 9/3 Gaziosmanpasa 06700 Ankara). The form should indicate the reference number of the article
    • Once your article is accepted you have the option to publish it open access
    • Our repository policy allows you to distribute 30 PDF copies of your published article to colleagues (the PDF has to include the information that it is an author's copy). Please also feel free to distribute the link to the online abstract
