Die “verbotenen” Reflexe von Diamant, Silicium und Germanium

Abstract

The absolute scattering amplitudes of the “forbidden” Reflection (222) are measured on Si and Ge and compared with earlier results on diamond. Upper limits for the scattering factors of other forbidden reflections are given.
