Zur Theorie des Zeeman-Effekts in Rotationsspektren

Starting with the Lagrangian function of a free molecule in an external magnetic field a more complete Hamiltonian, including nuclear susceptibilities, is derived. A Stark effect due to the translation of the molecule in the external magnetic field is predicted.
