    Aims and Scope

Founded in 1887 Zeitschrift für Physikalische Chemie covers the main developments in physical chemistry with emphasis on experimental research. It represents a combination of reaction kinetics and spectroscopy, surface research and electrochemistry, thermodynamics and structure analysis of matter in its various conditions. Extremly short times for peer review and publication.

    Zeitschrift für Physikalische Chemie provides

    • Accurate quantitative descriptions of chemical processes
    • Modern developments of mechanisms and mathematical models
    • A combination of chemical-material experience and physical measurement methodology
    • Contributions of a broad interest and of mainly experimental character
    • An ideal forum for new ideas and particular needs
    • A well-balanced combination of subjects
