The journal Electrospinning has been closed since the beginning of the 2020.
The aim of the journal Electrospinning is to bring together research on the various aspects of electrospinning of micro or nano scale fibers, including electrospinning process and modeling, electrospun materials and characterization as well as their diverse applications. Electrospinning and related techniques for producing fibers and nanostructures is covered by this journal.
As the first journal dedicated solely to electrospinning and electrospun materials, it positions itself as a hub for the most important and recent advances in the field. It also contains authoritative reviews and opinions from experts in the subject, covering the past, present and future of electrospinning and electrospun materials. The Open Access model allows ready access to its target audience and the peer-review system, together with the outstanding scientists of the Editorial Team and Editorial Advisory Board, ensures that quality is maintained throughout. The journal is a forum for scientists carrying out research and/or interested in electrospinning and electrospun materials. The journal brings together research on the various aspects of electrospinning of micro or nano scale fibers, including electrospinning process and modeling, electrospun materials and characterization as well as their diverse applications.
This is the only journal dedicated solely to electrospinning and electrospun materials, and has a policy of quality over quantity, through the publication of high quality and original articles, which is maintained by the many prominent scholars on its Editorial Team and Editorial Advisory Board. It presently has no publication fees, and will always be Open Access for readers. Manuscripts submitted to Electrospinning are subjected to a fast, fair and constructive peer review provided by the leading experts in these fields. In the first two years there will be no article processing charges. Accepted papers are immediately published on an ongoing basis.
