The Vienna Journal on International Constitutional Law (ICL Journal) is dedicated to the advancement of legal knowledge in the field of International Constitutional Law.   • The Journal welcomes the submission of unsolicited manuscripts. Submissions are reviewed on a rolling basis. However, we encourage authors to submit manuscripts as early as possible.
  • The Journal's Editorial Board is convinced that the length of a contribution does not necessarily add to its quality. Thus the Journal strongly prefers articles under 80,000 characters in length including footnotes. The Journal will usually not publish articles exceeding 100,000 characters.
