Reactions of F3CSe(O)OAg with FnCl3-nCSCl (n = 3, 2, 1) give the compounds F3CSeS(O2)CFnCl3-n. These decompose in the range of- 20 °C to 39 °C to F3CSeCFnCl3-n plus SO2. IR, NMR and mass spectra of the newly prepared compounds are presented.
